We are seeking a distinguished individual who holds a PhD in a field related to corporate governance, including but not limited to Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant discipline.
The preferred candidate will have a proven record of publications in corporate governance (CG) and demonstrated experience in working with the business community and leading research projects in this area. The holder of this position is a member of the most related department within CoB. The selected candidate is expected to teach and conduct high-impact basic and applied research in CG. He/she will be instrumental in seeking research grants and conducting pioneering research projects in CG leading the development of innovative methodologies, tools, and programs to enhance corporate governance practices and culture.
