Requirements
- Evidence of excellence in medical education preferred, with demonstrated teaching/facilitating experience and skill in presenting to students and colleagues.
- Strong track record of academic achievements and research productivity
- Experience in teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse and multicultural academic community
- Solid technological skills and experience with virtual learning platforms (moodle), computer-assisted delivery of didactic and active learning content, video-conferencing and other academic / computing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft suite and Teams, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with faculty, staff, and students.
- Exhibit flexibility, adaptability and be open to and embrace creative, innovative, ideas of others.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the core faculty members in teaching of Master of Public Health Program.
- Supporting the core faculty in preparing course description, implementing various assessment methods and preparing course, specification, course reports etc as per the NCAAA norms.
- Contribute/involve in scholarly research and publication activity related to the field
- Undertaking a range of administrative tasks thru various committees, university services and social responsibilities
- Ensure that the courses are taught in accordance with the learning objectives

- Qualification from the western accredited universities will be preferred.
