Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality teaching in medicinal chemistry at the undergraduate and potentially graduate levels.
- Develop and deliver engaging and innovative course content that aligns with the curriculum and program objectives.
- Actively participate in curriculum development, assessment, and other academic initiatives.
- Conduct research in medicinal chemistry, with a focus on pharmaceutical analysis.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other service activities.
- Conduct and process tasks related to the quality and accreditation.
Qualifications
- BSc in pharmacy or PharmD degree.
- Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in academia.
- A strong record of research productivity and potential for future scholarly contributions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student engagement, success, and mentorship.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive academic community.
