The Department of Chemistry at Alfaisal University invites applications for an Adjunct Assistant Professor faculty position in Environmental/Analytical Chemistry to teach courses in environmental science and sustainability track. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in environmental chemistry or related fields and demonstrated ability or potential for a recognized program of excellence in both teaching and research. A successful candidate must have strong teaching experience. The candidate is expected to teach undergraduate chemistry and environmental science & sustainability courses for science and engineering students and graduate courses in his/her field of specialty. Other responsibilities include academic advising, curriculum development, committee service, and other duties required to meet departmental and organizational needs. The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills and adaptability to working in a multicultural environment
