Job Summary
Guide and direct students to succeed in their studies with providing effective strategies in the field of student counseling.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Help week students succeed in their classes
- Deliver awareness messages to students
- Provide effective sessions for students with problems (psycho or social)
- Write reports and store case files
- Work on improving the counselor service and adding new ways to communicate with students
- Arrange, manage and deliver training and seminars
- Participate with students activities to build a strong bond with them
- Serve as a permanent member in all university disciplinary committees
- Work closely with college advisers to address issues related to students in academic and other holds
- Raise awareness among students about social issues
- Performs other duties as assigned

- With other originations to arrange events, training and seminars
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling.) or an acceptable equivalent
- 4-7 years of related and relevant experience, preferably in educational institution or acceptable equivalent.
