Job Summary

Executive Education Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of training and organizational development programs. Supervise professional and administrative assistants’ personnel. Performs highly complex duties, such as the planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of employee and organizational development training programs. Lead the work and collaborate with the Manager of Executive Education in administering comprehensive training and organizational development programs/initiatives on a community-wide basis.

  • Consults with leaders to assess and analyze the learning needs to develop new training programs, and/or enhance existing programs.
  • Supervises the training programs, including program design, enrollment management, vendor management, strategic marketing, and stakeholder management.
  • Proposes innovative learning solutions and provides customized training Community-wide to meet training and organizational development needs.
  • Evaluates potential training partnerships with outside organizations and institutions.
  • Uses higher-level evaluation methods to measure program effectiveness.
  • Designs and conducts complex employee, management, or organizational needs assessments, task analysis, and/or surveys.
  • Researches a variety of pertinent subject-matter experts to design, prepare, and update ongoing training programs and support materials. Reviews vendor instructional materials.
  • Uses the University’s LMS Platforms to manage program enrollments, print rosters and generate analytic reports.
  • Administers Executive Education & Development programs through the utilization of Alfaisal Extension Platform for the online and instructor-led programs.
  • Uses a variety of assets in training programs, including videos and assessments to keep programs current and engaging in coordination with subject-matter experts.
  • Creates web-based training programs and short courses. Facilitates Webinar training events using best practices in e-learning instructional design and web-based authoring and collaboration tools.
  • Supervises, directs, assigns, and reviews the work of subordinate staff.
  • Forms, and oversees teams, and provides mentoring and coaching to employees.
  • Interprets participant evaluation data and recommends improvements based on feedback.
  • Perform all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
  • Performs other related duties, as required, and as assigned by the Manager.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute. Master Degree is preferable.
  • Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) Project Management Institute or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Minimum of six (06) years of experience in training & education or any other related field. Four years’ experience for Master’s degree.
