Job Summary

Graduate School Admission & Registration Specialist provides a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective management of the Alfaisal graduate studies affairs. The position provides support for end-to-end graduate student management processes, from initial inquiry through to graduation. This includes responding to inquiries and applications from potential candidates and providing accurate and tailored advice on graduate studies admission and registration policy, rules, and requirements.

  • Manage the admission, Registration, and Graduation process for all the graduate studies programs in coordination with Colleges & Student Affairs.
  • Implement and deliver a range of effective administrative tasks including managing processes, providing services, responding to queries, supporting committees, project administration, and producing reports in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.
  • Guides prospective students through the admissions process, maintain application files, contact students for additional information, and communicate the status of a student’s application.
  • Undertake the input and analysis of data, including ensuring effective security, storage, and distribution of data, records, and reports, in accordance with Alfaisal university policy.
  • Develop, program, and design forms, reports, and applications that support the Graduate school using SQL.
  • Contribute to the development of the graduate studies operational plan, policies and procedures, and courses catalog.
  • Work with coordinators/program directors to control the current graduate programs and provide guidance when needed.
  • Monitor the current Graduate Studies programs and Students Academic performance to make sure that they follow MOE & the University regulations.
  • Prepare graduate studies reports to the Top management.
  • Provide advice and assistance to the students and program directors of Graduate Studies Programs.
  • Follows up admission & Registration obstacles and system problems for graduate students with the help of IT.
  • Perform and design a system to track the Graduate students' thesis with the help of IT and the Library.
  • Performs all other duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
  • Performs all other related duties as required or assigned by the manager.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences , Management Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institute (Essential).
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in related field (Desirable).
