Simulation Operation Specialist - Clinical Skills – support involved in UG Program (MBBS) and related Graduate Studies programs.
Job Description
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the department of clinical skills particularly the simulation center, including equipment setup, maintenance, and inventory management
- Provides technical support during simulation sessions, ensuring all technologies function seamlessly to facilitate immersive learning experiences
- Collaborates with faculty and simulation educators to understand their needs and assist in the planning and execution of simulation scenarios
- Develops and implements operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of simulation activities
- Establishes and maintains effective workflows collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and optimal learning environment
- Establishes a system to record and account for inventory changes to be able for trouble shoot when equipment or systems malfunction by establishing close contact with suppliers and adequate training.

- The Simulation Operation Specialist is responsible for organizing, conducting simulation sessions from all aspects, maintaining and provision of simulation equipment, the management, and operations of daily simulation function safely and efficiently

- Clinical Skills (simulation education, medical education, health profession education)
Preffered Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, biomedical technology, biomedical or simulation in healthcare nursing or allied health sciences from an accredited institute or equivalent. Master’s degree is preferable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in basic allied health, simulation, or relevant experiences
