Job Summary

The Business Incubator Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Studies business incubator including:

• Creating and maintaining industry partnerships in all promising sectors in alignment with vision 2030.
• Protection of intellectual property & supporting the policies and development of patents.
• Providing counseling for startups in the form of incubation or acceleration.
• Reduce time needed to transfer research into commercialized products.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Benchmarking Business incubator and Accelerator
• Create / develop strategic plan
• Creating content for innovation programs, workshops and training
• Identify and select potential incubates/start-ups for the incubation program.
• Analyze financial statements, forecasts and funding requirements of each potential startup.
• Assist start-ups in the areas of strategy, business plan development, market analysis
• Help in Lead incubated teams throughout the entire incubation journey
• Provide all necessary support, mentorship, and training to incubates and start-ups
• Responsible for meeting occupancy and revenues goals, preparing reports and forecast for annual unit planning and securing funding through rental revenue, grants and sponsorships.
• Support events and partnerships in establishing key innovation links to stakeholders,, Managing the outreach to community for events
• Building partnerships that result in sponsorship/event collaborations

Qualification & Competencies

Education Licenses / Experience

• Master's degree with 4 Years of work experience
• Entrepreneurship Center Management Certificate (ECM)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant education).with + 7 Years of experience
• Innovative and creative mindset, very organized, good presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
