Events & Activities Officer (NAC)#131119 [Saudis Only]

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing events and activities inside the University. Handle students’ international and local trips, and manage and mentor all student organizations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and plan events and activities.
  2. Calculate events and budgeting and adjust when necessary.
  3. Book flights and venues.
  4. Prepare venue logistics with facilities for events.
  5. Drive student attendance to all events.
  6. Manage and supervise all student events.
  7. Work as a team member with all other activities and events in the department.
  8. Build plans and execute them and write closing reports after.
  9. Supervise all student organizations in terms of leadership and guidance.
  10. Manage and supervise (Main Alfaisal Event Calendar)
  11. Manage all finances for student organizations.
  12. Manage and supervise all PRM services for student organizations.
  13. Coordinate logistical planning with facilities for student events.
  14. Manage all IT requirements for student events.
  15. Work with external companies and programs for students.
  16. Develop beneficial programs for students (Leadership, workshops, and seminars.)
  17. Responsible of SA social media accounts.
  18. Performs other duties as assigned .

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (Business, Management Studies etc.) or an acceptable equivalent
    • 3 - 5 years of related and relevant experience, preferably in educational institution or acceptable equivalent
